This is tape 105 side A. And you'll use this tape for 14 days. This is two weeks instead of the one-week segments we've been using. You'll begin to use this tape on week 6 and week 7 of your program. You're now to increase your caloric intake to 1,200 to 1,300 calories a day and continue at this level for these 14 days. During the first few days, you continue to weigh and or measure your food portions, but then I want you to begin to stop weighing and measuring as the days pass. That is, unless you add several new items that you need to occasionally weigh or measure a food item. I want you to mentally check your portion sizes and make sure that your subconscious mind is feeding you the correct information. But you should be able by then to gauge your caloric intake without having to measure anything.

I want you to get comfortable, relax as much as you can, pick out a spot on the ceiling or an imaginary spot in front of you. Stare at that spot without moving a muscle or saying a word. Now take a deep breath and fill up your lungs. Hold it to the count of six. Exhale slowly. Let go now. And now a second deep breath. Hold it. Let Let it all out. Let go now. And now a third deep breath. Hold it. Exhale slowly and let go now. And just gently sleep.

Let your eyelids close down and leave them closed down until I tell you to open them and let every nerve and muscle completely relax and breathe easily and gently sleep. With every breath that you take, with every sound that you hear, you'll only go deeper and deeper into total drowsy relaxation. down to zero. And as I do, every number that I count, you'll only go deeper and deeper into total, comfortable, complete relaxation. Just picture yourself in your beautiful meadow having moved to the top of the mountain and we're going to slowly move down the mountain. When we reach the bottom, you'll be at a complete and total state of hypnotic relaxation. All right, move to the top of the mountain now and we're going to count our way down. Five, moving down now. Four, deeper and deeper down. Three, deeper and deeper into drowsy, lazy relaxation. Two, down deeper and deeper every muscle and nerve is loose and limp deeper, deeper, deeper, zero.

Gently sleep now. And just let yourself go on over into a lazy, wonderful state of hypnotic relaxation. Just gently sleep now. Just breathe easily and gently. And as you gently sleep, just let every care drift away. As you go deeper and deeper into total relaxation, you are aware that you are a changing, growing and maturing personality. You're aware of your abilities to accomplish what you desire. You recognize your talents and strengths. You are a truly precious and wonderful creation.

You now know that you create what you are. You now know that forever you can change anything in your life. You now know that forever you can be successful in anything that you wish to accomplish. You have a deep sense of confidence in yourself and your abilities to accomplish the goals you've established for yourself. And you know you have that ability. And this gives you self-confidence that carries over into every part of your daily life. You're making those changes at this very moment. You've been following the instructions carefully and you're moving rapidly now toward accomplishing your goal. You'll attain any desire you have for yourself. You're constantly moving forward from one positive achievement to another. Moment by moment you're reducing the size of your body at a steady pace. You're reshaping that body. You're becoming smaller in every part of your body.

Your body is becoming what you want it to be. Your eating habits are becoming more and more excellent with every day that you practice this program. Your muscles are becoming firm and your skin is firm and smooth and fits tightly to your new curves and measurements. You constantly keep the picture in your mind how you wish to appear. This image remains in your inner eye continually. See yourself as that new person at this very moment. You're becoming that person in your image. You visit your imaging place many, many times every day.

You care for yourself and recognize yourself becoming that ideal person. You frequently check your personal gauges and switches and make sure they're located in the proper position. You're aware of the reasons you want to become that person. You know that well-built and attractive people get approval and attention from others. You take pride in your appearance. Your good appearance causes others to have a good opinion of you, and this makes you feel good and warmly responsive to them. You give out love to others and love returns to you. You deserve love and you receive love.

You know that being slim and attractive is a great benefit to you in your personal, social, and business life. So you do everything as outlined in this program to ensure steady movement in the direction to your goal. Now during this two-week period of time, you'll do the following. For the first seven days, you'll remain on a generous food intake of approximately 1,200 calories each day. Until such time as you reach your goal measurement, you will never consume more than 1,500 calories a day, you now begin to feel confident that you know how much food you can consume to equal 1,200 calories.

Therefore, you'll measure your intake for only three days of this 14-day period of time. Then on the fourth day, you'll stop measuring your food portions, but you'll continue to only desire small portions of good nutritious food. You now see that your subconscious mind is guiding you as to how much you can consume to maintain steady movement to your goals. You also see that you're completely satisfied, that you simply want to stay on this program and eat the foods that we've outlined. See yourself right now as that person you are becoming. Trim and shapely.

Your muscles are firm and your skin is tight and smooth. Enjoy that beautiful person you're becoming. You're continuing to reduce at least a full clothing size every couple of weeks or so. See your body getting smaller and well proportioned just as an ideal picture of yourself. It's becoming perfect for your bone structure, for your skeletal build. You feel wonderful about your accomplishments and you should feel wonderful. things for yourself and your mind and body appreciate your efforts. It's very easy for you to do this for yourself as you're so completely satisfied with 1200 calories each day. When you eat the correct foods, it's easy to leave them alone.

You now know what to do if you have a tendency to overeat. You have your magic words, which cause you to feel full and satisfied and give yourself a stuffed feeling. Now during the second week of this program, this two week program, you no longer have to measure at all. You should automatically eat only the foods in any amount to add up to around 1200 calories each and every day. You'll automatically choose the correct foods and you're completely comfortable and satisfied. You're so pleased with yourself, you are seeing remarkable results every day. You see a different person every day.

Your personality is beginning to blossom. Your whole attitude about living is positive. You have truly become a whole different personality. And you're becoming your new beautiful shape. You're proud of yourself. You feel confident because you look wonderful. You're happy, full of energy, and others love to be with you and enjoy the pleasures and you enjoy the pleasures of being with others. You want at least a full glass of water before you consume any food because it's filling and you feel thirsty. You enjoy water. It's refreshing and it satisfies your appetite.

And then you only eat small portions of food and you sit down and eat slowly. And you pause many, many times a day and realize that at that very moment the excess body fat you have stored in the past is melting away. You're shrinking in size all over your body. In every part of your body that stores fat is shrinking and getting smaller. You're comfortable and you're happy and you only eat when your body is physiologically hungry and then you only eat small amounts because small amounts is all you desire. You have never felt better in your life. You have energy, self-confidence.

You feel satisfied with what you're eating and you know you're moving toward your goal and you are looking and feeling wonderful. And others are noticing the whole change both in your personality and in your appearance. During the 14 days you'll continue to consume approximately 1200 calories each day. If you've reached your goal image measurements by the time you complete this 14 days, you'll immediately move on to the next tape, 105B. 105B is the maintenance tape. We call it our locking in tape and you'll play it often and indefinitely Anytime you feel you need to You'll work with 105 be just as often as necessary and Just listen to it kind of regularly to maintain this level of satisfaction And know that you're maintaining it.

If you haven't reached your goal measurement, simply return to tape 104A, that's your 500 calorie week, and repeat the program from that point. You won't have to measure your food. food your body now knows what it needs and your subconscious mind knows how much you can have to equal 500 calories. You now are learning to trust your subconscious mind. Know that it's producing exactly what you want it to produce. why you can see it every day. You also listen to your other tapes. You review tape 100A.

You frequently review both sides of tape 101. and you frequently experience and practice tape 102, side A and B, at random. They give you motivation and help you to maintain your motivation. Now you're going to simply repeat the program from 104A as many times as you need to. Move back and as you repeat the program, listen regularly every day to your tapes. They cause your subconscious mind to program itself So that you don't desire to do the wrong things, you only desire to do the right things to reach your goal.

By now you are exercising regularly and you love it. Your body thanks you for it. You are so much more invigorated. You have so much more energy now that your body is getting smaller and your muscles are firm. And you are getting around and doing a little exercise. You find you want to and you insist upon taking at least one long and brisk walk a day or doing some sort of brisk exercise. Every day. You don't feel like your day is finished unless you've done some exercise.

Your body insists that you exercise. It causes you now to want to exercise. It's no effort. You simply want to do it. You enjoy the exercise and you feel so wonderfully full of energy. Your body continually reshapes and reduces each and every day that passes. Your muscles are firm, your skin is tight and smooth, and you look great. Everything you eat only turns into energy and vitality. No fat is stored on your body in excess.

Whatever you eat only causes you to move on steadily towards your goals. That's all your body wants, are things that causes it to move right on toward its goals. And it simply flushes away whatever is not necessary. You enjoy staying on this program as you constantly feel wonderful. And you feel the positive changes taking place in your body and in your life, everything in your life is now so positive and you're so full of new self-confidence. You deserve to do all the good things for yourself. You know what your problems were that you discovered on tape 103, A and B. You now know what you need to do about them and you begin to take action. You know what you need to do and you must now think only of yourself. Because when you are successful, other people around you are much happier and much more successful also. But you must act for yourself.

Others have no right to impose their wishes upon you and make you feel self-worthless because you are self-worthy. You deserve it. You're a perfect person. And no one, no one, spouse, children, no one has a right to impose their wishes upon your personal lifestyle. You deserve to do all these good things for yourself. You deserve to have everything in life you want. You deserve to be rich. You deserve to be self-expressive. You deserve to go out and participate in whatever activities please you. And you now begin to make time to do that. You take time to do that.

There is nothing more important than your participating in things that you feel like doing. You're emerging just as a beautiful flower emerges in the spring. Vibrant beauty, love and success are yours. Take them. You find that 1200 calories are totally satisfying to you and your subconscious mind will ensure that you consume only this quantity of food until such time as you reach your goal. After you achieve your goal measurements, your subconscious mind will then allow you to only consume the number of calories which ensures maintenance of that beautiful new you. You do this with no effort or thought.

It now becomes the automatic way in which you function. You don't have to think about it. You've now programmed your subconscious mind and it knows what to do and how to do it. Every time in order to remain the perfect person you have become. And each day you say to yourself many times a day, I am going to only, I'm going to eat and only enough to maintain my beautiful body as it is, as I want it. Any excess food will be flushed away. You will not store excess fat. Your subconscious mind now insists that you eat only when you are actually in need of nourishment. Sweets are still quite unpleasant to you.

If you eat them at all, you rapidly see changes and you want to move on toward those goals. So it's easy. You're comfortable and you're eager to repeat this program as many times as is necessary to reach your goals. You find it comfortable and totally satisfying. This is the way you now function. As a thin, attractive, self-confident person, eating is no longer of importance except as a means to refuel your body or be somewhat social. But in very moderate amounts, you've lost all desire to stuff yourself.

You've accomplished marvelous things and you are a beautiful and wonderful person. You love and deserve all these wonderful things that you're doing for yourself. You enjoy all the time you spend on this program and you listen to your tapes regularly and eagerly every day. Now go check your gauges right now. Now I'm going to count from one to five. When I reach five your eyes will be open, you'll be fully aware, full of energy, invigorated and feeling wonderful. One, every nerve and muscle in your body is fully relaxed, loose and limp. Two, you feel wonderful in every way.

Three, you feel perfect in every way, mentally perfect, physically perfect, emotionally calm and serene. Four, your eyes began to feel sparkling clear as if you bathed them in spring water. On the next number your eyes will open you'll be fully alert, feeling wonderful and eager to go about your daily tasks. Five, eyes open, fully alert, take a deep breath, fill up your lungs and stretch. Now if you wish to return to sleep, simply go back to bed and in two or three minutes you will return to sleep. Or if you are going about your daily activities, enjoy yourself. You have abundant energy. You feel wonderful about yourself. Now if you have reached your goal, simply begin on tape 105B, at the end of this two-week period, be sure to measure yourself.

You may write down your weight. Enjoy that wonderful feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment. You have worked a miracle. Be proud. Enjoy what you've accomplished. If you haven't reached your goal measurements and your new clothing sizes, that's fine. Simply go back to tape 104A, start your 500 calorie week again and experience the program through again. And if it requires again and again, and get. No, you're being good to yourself for a change. You feel better than you have in all of your life.

You're emerging as a whole person. You're doing some things for yourself now. And you deserve those things. Work with tape 103 A and B often. See those things that you're changing. You know you've got to change them. You've been unsuccessful long enough. Now you get successful. You're a whole person. No one else in this whole world has any right to impose their lifestyle on you.

Yes, you can share, and you don't do anything to hurt somebody else. And you forgive them because they don't know. But you now know. You know what you must do. And you have new self-confidence and you're going to express some of your abilities and talents. You deserve that. You're a perfect creation. And God put you here to express yourself to your best ability. You were put here to suffer.

Quit suffering. Quit punishing yourself.
